Here are a few tips on keeping your items looking their best for a long time..

Avoid contact with all liquids and chemicals, such as perfume, sea water, mayonnaise, ammonia, chlorinated pool water, hair spray and sweat. Contact with these substances will increase the rate at which tarnishing occurs.
Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, direct sunlight and heat/cold, especially humid.
When you put away your jewellery, make sure it’s completely dry and kept it in the Koukla box or cloth pouch provided when you bought the jewellery. This will protect it from scratches as well as help slow the tarnishing process.

Try to keep pieces apart so they don’t rub together.


To further reduce the tarnishing effect, if possible, store your silver jewellery in plastic zip lock bags to avoid contact with the air.
Remember to put your jewellery on after you’ve used any hair spray, body spray or perfume, as these products can tarnish it. Make sure your jewellery is the last thing you put on before you go out.

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days from the time order is received. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed.

Possible delays
When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays due to standard clearance procedures of the receiving country. This is beyond of our control and any original shipping time estimates.

Refused shipments
If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

How do I know when my order is shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be informed with an email, which will include your parcel’s unique tracking number as issued by UPS. Either from our site or UPS website, you are able to view your order’s up to date location.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

If after a reasonable time period you have not received your order, please contact UPS and provide them with the tracking number you received in the email. If this does not resolve the situation you can contact our Customer Care department at info@koukla-art.com

How can I track my order after it has been sent?

Depending on the delivery method you choose for your order, we will send you an email with the shipping company, tracking number, and a tracking page link for your convenience.

Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns within a 14-day period. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Upon our receipt of the returned items, a refund will be issued, excluding the original shipping cost of your order.
To initiate a return, kindly inform us via email. We will guide you through the process and provide relevant instructions for a seamless return experience.

Returning your items
Please Note:
All items returned must be unworn and undamaged.
Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original Koukla packaging.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
